About Neurodivergent Workplace

Born from personal experience with ADHD workplace spirals — now a community-powered resource for neurodivergent professionals everywhere.

Authored by Zoe W. Sterling — Founder & Lead Researcher

Our Mission

The Neurodivergent Workplace Toolkit started as a personal project. After years of navigating my own ADHD workplace spirals — feedback paralysis, burnout cycles, and the exhausting work of masking — I couldn't find resources that were practical, science-informed, and actually designed for how ADHD brains work.

What began as a personal toolkit has grown into a community project. Neurodivergent professionals, coaches, and clinicians contribute their expertise to ensure our content is accurate, practical, and genuinely helpful. We're not a university research center or a corporate training firm — we're a community building the resources we wish existed.

What We Believe

ADHD is a brain difference, not a defect

We reject the deficit model of ADHD. Different brains need different support systems. Our resources are designed to work with your brain, not against it.

Practical over theoretical

We don't write about ADHD in the abstract. Every tool, strategy, and resource is designed to be used at work — today.

Community over isolation

ADHD workplace challenges shouldn't be faced alone. Our community connects you with professionals who truly understand.

Science-informed, not science-fiction

Our content is grounded in current ADHD research, psychology, and neuroscience. We cite sources and stay up to date with the latest findings.
