Editorial Policy
How we create, review, and publish evidence-based content for ADHD professionals.
Our Commitment
The Neurodivergent Workplace Toolkit is committed to providing scientifically accurate, practically useful content for neurodivergent professionals. We follow a rigorous editorial process to ensure every piece of content meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Content Creation Process
All articles are written by our core team of ADHD professionals, researchers, and coaches. Our writers include licensed psychologists, certified ADHD coaches, and experienced neurodivergent professionals with lived experience. Every draft is fact-checked against peer-reviewed research and clinical guidelines.
Scientific Review Board
Every article undergoes review by our independent Scientific Review Board, which includes clinical psychologists, neurodiversity researchers, and education specialists. Reviewers check for scientific accuracy, clinical safety, and practical applicability. Articles are not published until they pass review.
Source Citations
Where we reference clinical research, we provide citations to peer-reviewed journals and established clinical references. These citations are listed in the Research That Informs Our Work section of each article. We prioritize research published in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.
Editorial Independence
Our editorial content is completely independent. We do not accept payment for articles, reviews, or positive coverage. Our editorial board operates independently from any commercial or funding influences. All content reflects the professional judgment of our editorial team and review board.
Content Updates and Corrections
We regularly review and update our content to reflect new research and clinical developments. When corrections are needed, we update the content promptly and maintain a record of all changes on our Corrections page. If you believe any content needs correction, please contact us.
