About Us

We're on a mission to change the workplace for neurodivergent professionals.

Verfasst von Zoe W. Sterling — Founder & Lead Researcher

Our Mission

The Neurodivergent Workplace Toolkit was created for a simple reason: ADHD professionals deserve better workplace support. Every day, millions of neurodivergent professionals navigate workplaces designed for neurotypical brains. They face spirals, burnout, and disengagement—not because they're incapable, but because the systems aren't built for them.

We believe that with the right tools, strategies, and community, neurodivergent professionals can not only survive but thrive at work. Our goal is to create practical, accessible, science-backed resources that help you take control of your workplace experience.

What We Believe

ADHD is a brain difference, not a defect

We reject the deficit model of ADHD. Different brains need different support systems. Our resources are designed to work with your brain, not against it.

Practical over theoretical

We don't write about ADHD in the abstract. Every tool, strategy, and resource is designed to be used at work—today.

Community over isolation

ADHD workplace challenges shouldn't be faced alone. Our community connects you with professionals who truly understand.

Science-informed, not science-fiction

Our content is grounded in current ADHD research, psychology, and neuroscience. We cite sources and stay up to date with the latest findings.
